I became a stockbroker in 1968 when the DJIA was approaching 1000 for the first time. … It was a great ride, but when I retired I wanted to play golf and travel, not invest with stocks. I found a money manager to handle my retirement plan and my wife’s stock account. I was looking for market expertise and to take advantage of selling options to generate income. Few offer this genre.
